  • Places are limited to two classes per school.

    We have asked participating organisations to aim their activities toward these two audience groups:

    Grades 7-12 - this unscheduled session will be aimed toward career pathways where students will be able to freely explore the festival.

    Grades 3 - 6 - students attending these sessions will receive a two-hour fully scheduled itinerary which will include a workshop, 3 x 10 minute exhibitor sessions and a stage presentation. THESE SESSIONS ARE FULL.

  • Please indicate your preferred time-slot and we will do our best to accomodate your preference.
  • We will email you to confirm your registration by Tuesday 18 June. Places are limited and we can not guarantee a place for your group until that time.
  • *Please note that we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to the commencement of your session to allow time for the briefing and to familiarise yourself with the festival layout. As late arrivals are very disruptive to the running of the festival, we ask you to commit to arriving on time for your session.
  • We will be holding a pre-¬≠event briefing for teachers on Thursday 1st August at 4.30pm at a city venue. Please indicate your interest in attending your session.
