Discover fossils and create your own in this fun family activity at the Museum at Inveresk.
Join us at the Museum at Inveresk in the April school holidays to learn all about fossils and how they are created while visiting the Six Extinctions exhibition. Then head into the Learning Centre for hands-on fun creating your own fossil specimens to take home.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Bookings are required for all attendees. Children must be accompanied by a fee-paying adult.
- This activity will be held at the Museum at Inveresk, 2 Invermay Road.
- All tickets are $11pp and includes entry into the ticketed exhibition, Six Extinctions.
- All materials provided.
- Recommended age 5-12 years old.
- Please feel free to bring a water bottle to the session.
- This is a supervised activity and not a drop-off activity. Parents/guardians are expected to remain present for the duration of the event — and are encouraged to help and join in on the fun!
