Naomi will be talking about how food science and technology has a pivotal role in creating a sustainable future. This covers the whole food chain from farm to fork and what happens after. Including reducing food waste, developing or improving new technologies to make food more nutritious and safer while still retaining excellent flavour and increasing the accessibility of food.
