Ecological Restoration Community Symposium “Recovering landscapes and a sense of place”

The Northeast Bioregional Network invites you to this community symposium that aims to promote ecological restoration as a key conservation strategy in Tasmania, to articulate the enormous scope for landscape scale ecological restoration in Tasmania and to discuss the ecological,social,economic,ethical and spiritual elements/benefits of restoration work.

This is a great opportunity to hear inspiring. informative and engaging presentations from guest speakers, including Dr Peter McQuillan (UTAS) Pete Hay (Tasmanian Writer and Philosopher) Adam Beeson (Lake Pedder Restoration Inc.) Todd Dudley (North East Bioregional Network), and also to tour Tasmania’s largest Ecological Restoration project at Skyline Tier.
