Eat to Cheat Aging

Hobart Arts patron Leo Schofield will be launching Eat to Cheat Ageing at Fullers Bookshop Hobart. Firmly based in the science of nutrition, this book is not about fad diets – it’s about eating to help your body meet the challenges of later age, prevent premature ageing and stave off dementia, diabetes and more. What you eat helps make 60 ‘the new 50’ and 80 ‘the new 70’!

Come along to the Tasmanian launch of Eat to Cheat Ageing with Leo Schofield and dietitian and author, Ngaire Hobbins.
