D’FAT (Derwent Valley Youth Futures Team) are running a public information session on First Lego League.
If there is enough interest D’FAT will be running a 10 week Lego building and coding program with the intention of entering a team in the statewide First Lego League competition on November.
Lego League’s mission is to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders, by engaging them in exciting mentor-based programs that build science, engineering and technology skills, that inspire innovation, and that foster well-rounded life capabilities including self-confidence, communication, and leadership.
