Inspiring Tasmania recognises the deep history and culture of the land, lutruwita/trowerna, the waterways and air, where we live and work which was never ceded. Inspiring Tasmania works with Elders and endeavour to ensure Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture is represented in STEM engagement. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and the strong and vibrant Tasmanian Aboriginal communities who honour us with their knowledge and culture, who always were, always will be, the first Australian scientists and communicators.
