These grants, ranging from $20,000 to $100,000, are intended to promote creativity and inquiry-based learning in STEM for youth under 18 years of age. The program prioritises support for historically underrepresented groups in STEM, including First Nations peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) individuals, women and girls, those in regional and remote areas, people with disabilities, individuals from low socio-economic backgrounds, neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ communities, and those facing age-based discrimination.
The application deadline is 5:00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, 14 August 2024.
